HVAC exhaust air temperature?

I'm wondering what the typical temperature range of a multi-story office building or hotel's HVAC exhaust air is.

I’m also interested in the volumetric flow rate, but I assume that more widely varies depending on the size of the system. I'm specifically looking at 7 to 8-story buildings in a fairly densely packed city in Europe.

HVAC exhaust? Like toilet room air, or relief air? Either way I would assume the exhaust would be dependent upon the room air being exhausted. If the room is set to 21C then I would not assume 70C exhaust air.

There is no general rule here, you will have to measure it.

Exhaust air should be equivalent or slightly higher than your room setpoint.

Or are you referring to the refrigeration condenser exhaust temperature?

Exhaust would be the amount of exhaust from all the toilets connected to the exhaust system. Temperature would be the temperature resulting from the mix of toilet exhaust from rooms with AC on (occupied rooms) and that from unoccupied rooms (say 80 to 85 F) and if you want the temperature of exhaust at fan discharge, add fan heat (fan only or including motor heat if motor is within airstream). You can measure by taking velocity traverse readings on sectional areas of the discharge opening and averaging corresponding traverse temperature measurements. You can have a certified air balancing contractor perform this.Why do you need this information?
