HVACPro and M-Tool compatability with Vista on Dell Vostro 410

Does anyone know if HVAC-Pro and or M-Tool can be installed on an XP-Vista machine? I have it on a new Dell 410 and keep getting lock up's and blue screen crashes. I am not sure if I need some sort of a patch or if it is some sort of limiting adjustment to iron things out.

I have HVAC PRO on a toshiba with vista,it works good.
