I have an Excel sheet for various calculations with cylinder volume and flow calculators and HP and Torque calcs for engine power etc.

I am looking for one with 3 entries. Flow, Pressure and restrictor size. I saw one with 3 columns. Each column you would be able to change 2 of the inputs to give the output. E.g. flow 40l/min and pressure 200bar would yield what restrictor was being used or needed to be used for the desired flow and pressure.

If anyone could point me in the right direction or the formula used, that would be great.

Thanks

It isn't for security, it is so I don't change anything I don't mean to by accident.

Was it your father's brother's nephew's cousin's former roommate that siad that?

Nice spreadsheet viscosity calculator ;-)

I didn't actually create any of the complicated calculators. I just put them all in one workbook. The formula in the viscosity one is pretty crazy. I only made the basic volume/flow and speed ones.

=IF(B6<B4+10,"Wax!",IF(B6>=B5,"Fire!",10^(10^((LOG10(LOG10(B2+0.8))+(13.13*(LOG10(LOG10(B2+0.8)/LOG10(B3+0.8))))*LOG10(313))-(13.13*(LOG10(LOG10(B2+0.8)/LOG10(B3+0.8))))*LOG10(B6 +273)))-0.8))

I like the wax and fire messages though.

yup. Mel Brooks. Fits my satirical (or warped) sense of humor
