dear all,
i have a question.
the hydrogenator in hydrodesulkphurization section of hydrogen generation unit has CoMo bed for conversion of organic sulphor in to H2S.licensor says its'temperature should not increase beyond 400 deg c or else it will render the catalyst inactive due to sintering.
what is the normal practice if organic sulphor slippage is observed in the outlet of hydrogenator, does the increase in the inlet temperature of it will help anything like we do in other hydrotreaters to counter the deactivation of the catalyst?
regards,
santosh
