I'm in need of a "pressure intensifier" to perform leak testing. My specific application is leaking tool holders:

The tools in question are connected to a coolant oil pump that forces oil thru small holes in the tool (drill) at 100 bar pressure. If the tool holder O-rings are beginning to fail, the oil flows around the O-rings instead of thru the drill and the tool promptly snaps off. I'm proposing to test the holders offline by filling them with water or oil and pressurizing them in a fixture (under a shroud).

No significant flow is needed, we would seal the face of the toolholder and try to pressurize it, if the pressure dropped off, or high pressure couldn't be reached, we would know that the time had come to rebuild the tool holder.

Can anyone suggest a source for a pressure intensifier (hopefully inexpensive) that could achieve the desired pressure?
