Hypermesh to Patran/Nastran

I received 3 files: .fem, .h3d and .out produced with HyperMesh. I don't have this software, I do have though ABAQUS or PATRAN/NASTRAN. Do you know if it's possible to read them with either software?

Seems like those three files are specific to HyperMesh, so from my experience they can't be opened or imported into Patran or Abaqus. What I would do, is ask whoever gave you these files to write out a Nastran input file (bdf or dat) which can be imported into Patran and Abaqus CAE.

If you only have to review the HyperMesh model and results, then download and install HyperView Player. It's a simple 3D viewer for H3D files that it available for free.

If you need to modify and run the model again, then cohoman's advice applies.
