I am doing a Mathcad sheet for the design of steel connections. I have taken input from excel sheets for a value, now i want to compare two values both of those values are taken input from excel sheet but there is an error saying the value ust be scaler.please help me with this.

The actual sheet would be useful; there are a myriad of things that Mathcad complains about.
