I can "Print", but I can't "Plot". Help needed.

I'm running NX5.0.6.3, and our plotter is a GEI2900. We've been able to plot from our Solaris NX3 stations without issue, but when we recently moved to Windows NX5, we get the following error message when attempting to plot:

9797: Set splitting was stopped due to an error. code is: Job <9797>,was canceled due to: <File format of file <C:\Program Files\RW-240\RW-240\RW-240 PLOTBASE\Program\Data\SDI_user_filename.cgm-00000077.plt> is HP PCL 5. This file format is currently not supported.>.
Problem
9797: Due to errors the set resulted in no prints


I can "Print" to this plotter, but I can't "Plot". I tried searching old threads for a similar problem, and this was the only one close: thread561-157585

Is the language incompatible? I'm hoping there's a simple settings change that'll do the trick.

Any suggestions? TIA
