I can't open catia part file

I use catia p3 v5r21, when I open some part file it show me this

pls help me fix this

are the file R21 or lower level?

look 's like part damage or incomplete file...Error to open with wrong version is "Wrong application level"

Run CATDUAV5 in batch mode if application level is OK. You can also clean first catsettings then try to open again.

Are you trying to open the part file in CATIA or insert it into a product?

Hi,
Please check if you have the license ( HD2 or MD2 ).If it is a higher version ( v5 r22,r23 etc.,) then convert it to the relevant version and try opening it.Also check for the date/time of the file and that of the system.Either one of them should work.
