I have I-DEAS ver 8m2. Currently staging to install it on another PC running Windows XP home edition. Has anyone tried installing and running this version on XP Home?

I have it running now on Win 2K workstation, before that on Win NT 4.0, and have had no problems - except I am now out of disk space on the Win 2K PC. Which means I have to package file everything to a new, higher capacity PC.

I've elected to load Win XP home on a new desktop PC. As I don't want to have maintenance costs, I have also applied for the non-maintained move license, which is in the works.

Anyone have experience with I-DEAS running stand-alone as described? Any install issues I should be aware of? Run issues?

Thanks in advance,
