I have a Countmeasures Computer power supply whose part number is 1874AS7200 made by Raytheon, its failure rate is 83.36. Raytheon has another proposed power supply whose part number is 1874AS7300 whose failure rate is 93.31. For the one whose part number is 1874AS7300 Raytheon used the "Brick Technology".
I need to know :
1) Why the failure rate for this one is almost 10 more than the other one.
2) Which one is better and why.
3) What is I "Brick Technology" and what is the benifit of its use.
If you have any information please let me know.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Sincerely,

Mrinal Saha
