I need a human model for human factors.
Does anyone know where I can get one?

. . . if you make clothes for the poor guy, can you please them?
I just don't have the time to do them.

sorry about the missed word.

Thanks Jerry! I really appreciate it! I just changed the color of the faces to make it look like he has clothes on.

You know of course that we have a 'Human Modeling' module available with NX which goes way beyond just providing a geometric model, but is also designed to adjust to different sizes and genders (we have both a 'Jack' and a 'Jill') as well as limits to the movement of arms, legs and torso (and even hands as there is a special hand function to perform grip and hold studies) so that you can truly make ergometric based design decisions.

To an Engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.

What's the cost for that module John?

You really need to get that information from either your Siemens sales rep or if you do business with a VAR, from them. We are not permitted to post prices, particularly on a public forum like Eng-Tips.

However, if you can figure out my email address (it's very close to my Eng-Tips ID with just a couple of items missing) I can perhaps be a bit more candid in what I can say.
