I need help fining this clamp. Its quick release and two piece.

I will be very thankful to you if you can help me find a vendors for the attached clamp or similar clamp.
Its a two piece quick release clamp with 3" ID(when closed)

Basically my question was " Is there any other company that makes the same clamp in 3" ID size"

You guys should know better than I do, where to look for that clamp, but.... What exactly are you using it for? What force does it apply when closed? What is the next size up, above the 3" I.D., which they do have? Could you take a std. piece of pipe 2" long to fill the gap? That’s 2" long, maybe 3.5" or 4" std. pipe. Cut .5" out of the pipe wall lengthwise, and 180̊ across from that first cut, cut three quarters of the way through the pipe wall, to sort of cause a hinge. Place this shim-pipe btwn. your pipe and the inside of the clamp, and clamp er down.

I need a clamp to stop a mechanical coupling that goes down. please see the attached picture.
The blue coupling weighs about 20 lbs.
I want to stop it from going down. You can also see the original clamp picture that I posted to know what I am talking about. please let me know if you can suggest a quick release clamp (two piece) for it.

Do you need quick removal from the shaft, or quick adjustment of position? I suggest that at 3" a one or two piece split collar is better in most cases than a camlock collar. True you do need an allen wrench.

Line the ID of the next size up with rubber strips. Is that really a complete and perfect solution if you find that clamp in 3" size? Can you tolerate scratching the shaft?

I need a quick removal from the shaft with accurate diameter 3" so I don't have to adjust every time I use it. I know there is a lot of other ones that need allen wrenches but I need something that is easy locking and quick release so I don't have to use wrenches.

Yes, If I find that clamp in 3 inch, it will be a good solution. I know this because I have tried a lot of different options and so far this looks the best.
It doesn't have to be exactly like the one in picture but something that is quick release, 3" ID and two piece.

I am asking this here because maybe someone here has faced this issue and has found a solution for it.

I wouldn't be surprised if a simple tie down strap or chain binder etc strapped around the shaft, maybe without a whole lot of time or effort, might hold up 20 pounds?

At the risk of sounding like an idiot here: have you looked at McMaster-Carr for shaft collars? In addition to the standard one-piece, two-piece, and hinged varieties for set sizes, they also sell two-piece clamps with machinable bores (so you can size it to fit the OD exactly).
