Sep 29, 2003 Thread starter #4 itanol Computer Sep 29, 2003 2 KR To > melone and Designchan Thank you for your info. but I failed until now. 2N3866 and 2N5160 is obsolete parts and so old manufacturer does not give us anything. One obsolete parts manufacturer making 2N3866 and 2n5160 said to me that they did not publish SPICE model. I failed to e-mail David Shelta(?) also. I think his e-mail address is not useful any more for now. Anyway, thank you. Be happy day! Upvote 0 Downvote

Oct 1, 2003 #5 Madcow Electrical Oct 23, 2002 145 US I use Icaps from intusoft and they have a model of the 2n3866. They also have a program to generate spice models from data sheets. It might be in the demo. http://www.i-t.com/engsw/intusoft/spicemod.htm I have seen other spice manufactures i.e. Micro-cap with similar programs. Check your spice brand site. They may already have something. Upvote 0 Downvote
