i have one stepper motor that have 1.8 degree step angle, 50 teeth of Drive-Gear is connected with stepper motor, so by taking 1.8 degree step the gear with take 200 step, now i want driven-gear (or Output Gear) with 5 degree step angle, so how much teeth i need for driven gear

Going from 1.8 to 5 degrees is requires an acceleration that steppers don't do well with. You need a 5/1.8 ratio gear train.

Whatever gear you attach to the stepper, drive a gear that is 5/1.8 times the number of teeth.
