ITT has informed us they are cancelling and will no longer support their iAlert products (vibration/temp sensor, phone app & on-line monitoring system). Here is the current product brochure: https://www.i-alert.com/getmedia/cf18106a-9088-4ac2-b71a-e95cbaeeb063/B_i-ALERT3.pdf

I'm looking for recommendations to replace them now. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. We currently have them mostly on pump & motors but also some compressors as well.

Thanks in advance.

I know that cellular carriers are discontinuing 3g support. Is that why it's being discontinued? Do they have a 4g gateway available?

I've seen the Emerson product deployed, works well, but cost is likely higher than the i-alert system.

There is probably half a dozen companies playing in this space. I guess depending on budget and importance, you may go with the trusted brands likely to be supported long term, or there is plenty of "startup" type companies selling cheap units that work just as well, but who knows if they will be around in 5-10 years.
