I have a school addition project coming up and the locker rooms will be storm shelters (tornado). In reviewing the ICC 500 Standard for the Design and Construction of Storm Shelters a quality assurance plan is required according to section 107.3.
My question is, does anyone know of a place (like MasterSpec) that I would be able to purchase a template for an ICC 500 quality assurance plan?
I have access to another engineers quality assurance plan from a project completed a few years back, but of course do not want to "borrow" it. However in looking through their QA plan, there are many testing and inspection requirements and ASTM designations listed. I must admit that I do not keep up as much as I should on all these designation. This is why I would like to start from a template that has all the correct listings and I could remove what is not applicable to my project.
