Identify old steel deck profile

Please see the attached picture and let me know if you recognize the deck profile. This is a roof deck on an approximately 60 year old bulding with foam insulation on top. The deck depth is 1 1/2", center to center of the ribs is 6 1/2", bottom of flute width is 1/2". It looks similar to an "A" deck profile, just a little wider between ribs with a striation in the middle of the top of the profile.
