What NASTRAN is telling you is that you have a problem, wherein there grid id 4197379, part of the m-set is shared by multiple rigid/mpc elements at d.o.f 1

Remedy:

You need to search thro' your model for the grid 4197379 and locate those multiple rigid/mpc elements which share the same grid id as a dependent node at d.o.f 1, and manually correct them to make sure that there is only one rigid/mpc element which refers to grid 4197379 at dof 1 as a dependent grid.

OR:

Use param, automset, yes entry in your bulk data section of the input file and allow nastran to internally repair the global m-set.

It is at this point that you need to pick-up the user guide for the pre&post that you use and read-through.
