Could any one assist in replying to the following:
According to IEC 60034-1-1999 the THF of generator must be recorded using line-to-line voltages. The measured quantites during a test were however taken from phase-to-neutral values. Can the formula still apply? Unfortunately the phase angle of the harmonics were not recorded. This way it could have been minipulated to give the correct line-to-line values. Any suggestion on the topic will be appreciated
