How can I attain the IED connectivity packages(like ABB) or IED drivers (like Siemens) for Alstom Micom relays?
I didnt find on the internet.

You have to install MiCOM Studio. Part of the package is Data Model Manager. Start it and connect to areva-td ftp-server. You can choose which data models you need (totally they are over 2 GB).

It may be like this in theory and practice, but in real life it is completely different.

There is also the MiCOM S1 Software available on the Net.
Usually AREVA ask's you to register first.

Shouldn't be a problem to locate the AREVA site.

To install the correct data models however is a big pain in the a**.

The Studio Software allows you to connect to different Relay types without leaving the software, The S1 does not.

Areva's relay section has been purchased by Schneider, which may mean that its a little more difficult to find at the moment.

A call to a local Schneider representative may well sort it out. Last I looked though, (a couple of months ago) Areva still had it on their website.

I can't comment on ABB or others.
