IEEE 14 bus system branch capacities (MVA) 1

Does anyone have an information source for the branch capacities in the IEEE 14 bus system in MVA?

I obtained much of my data from this website:

http://www.ee.washington.edu/research/pstca

and I obtained the branch capacities for the 30 bus system from the appendix of a paper. I've not been able to find an equivalent source for the 14 bus system. Any information would be appreciated.

When I tried to download the PQfault program my browser warned me of a possible phishing/malware attack. Have you used this software in the past? Can you verify that it is free of malware?

Maybe the security settings on you browser are set too high, I've just successfully downloaded the file with Firefox 12 and then virus scanned the file and all was OK with no warnings etc. being given.
