If I want to model a 3-span continuous beam, what is the support condition of intermediate support?

The below graphics show how I model the support, but I am not sure if it is correct or not.

I wonder if top flange and web have to be assigned pin support )U1=U2=U3=0) or not?

Apply the supports only to the bottom edges of the beam.
