IG recept, sharing same ground

I am installing (6) Isolated grounded receptacles on the same circuit. Does each receptace need its own isolated ground or can (1) be shared with all six?
Also, I have (1) Isloated grounded receptacle and (1) standard recept on seperate circuits, on seperate phases can they share the same neutral?

///It depends on the physical configuration. If it is a power strip, yes, one ground per the power strip. If these receptacles are far away from each other, each receptacle will have its own ground conductor that is ultimately tied to others receptactle grounds somewhere in junction box or in panel. ///Yes, typically, the kitchen counter duplex "split" receptacles. However, beware of nonlinear loads which may heat up the neutral. It is better to oversize the neutral, i.e. if the receptacle is rated at 15A the neutral is better to have #12 AWG or #10 copper.\\\
