Hello,
I was reading the IGC Code when I came across this article §17.18.12: "Filling and discharge piping shall extend to within 100 mm of the bottom of the tank or any sump"
Do you know why this requirement is specified for the propylene oxide case? Is there anything special to consider for propylene oxide?
It also specifies that this is to be applied to the filling line. Why?
