Impact analysis on flexible truss structure

Hi all,

I am limited to the ANSYS suite for some analysis, I need to do some impact analysis on a flexible frame strucutre to investigate rebound angle and energy as a result of the flex in the strucutr

Any suggestions on which program within ansys would be suitable for this?
