Import electrical and mechanical systems from AutoCAD

Hi Guys,

We have the model of a building in Revit, but all mechanical and electrical facilities are in AutoCad. How can I import the electrical and mechanical systems (HVAC, lighting, power, etc.) from AutoCad to add to the existing Revit model?
