import of cgm with dotted lines: lines not showing

Hi all. Bit of a head scratcher here.

I created a drawing sheet with that shows some of the components with dotted lines. Looks great on the screen. I can export a pdf or cgm of this sheet and they look great in Adobe Reader and Teamcenter Visualization Professional, respectively. But here is the problem. If I try importing this cgm into a new drawing sheet, all the dotted lines are very faint and not visible. I'm not even sure they are there anymore. Also, if I try and print the original sheet using file>print, I get the same problem of very faint and/or missing dotted lines.

Anyone know what might be causing this? And more importantly, how it might be fixed?

What version of NX are you on?
I don't know what could be causing it, but possibly it could be related to what is in this thread:
