How do I import a true type font file into autocad? When I bring the text in from Word, autocad changes the font to the current font and I don't have a choice in the import text feature for .TTF files.

Autocad 2004 and the font is Antiqua 101 extended bold(Antieb_.TTF).

IMHO it's not possible.
You have to search for *.shx files.

Maybe annother members have any ideas...

Shouldn't this be a matter of installing the font within Windows? From Control Panel, choose Fonts, in File menu, choose Install New Font.

ok, I think I got it (supported by Rich [thumbsup2])

put the font into the folder c:\winnt\font -> start ACAD-> "'_style" -> create a new style with Your font.

And search (F1) for the SV FONTALT
