The general form of Three Moment Equation can be found in many textbook on mechanics. The right hand side of the equation is usually given in the following form:

-6 x_bar
A
/(L
E
I
) - 6 x_bar
A
/(L
E
I
) + 6 delta
/L
+ 6 delta
/L

where "delta" is the vertical settlement of supports

Only the terms for settlement of supports are inucluded reagarding the boundary conditions/load on supports.

If initial angular displacement load is imposed to the support(s), what kind of terms should be added to the right hand side of the equation?
