Can someone give me the standard SA inconel specifications for Section II for a Section VIII, Div.1 vessel?
Pipe, plate, forging?

Yes. However, rather than citing specific ASME SBS Material Specifications, I have included the comprehensive web site from Special Metals. Find the alloy of interest in their alloy portfolio, open the pdf file of the alloy, and at the end of the Technical Bulletin you will find an ASME SB Specification in either plate, sheet or other product form.
