Induction Gas Heater - Annoying Sound

Not sure if this would be the place to ask. But its related to unbearable noise.
We have a Shop/Warehouse induction gas heater (Sun Star) installed hung from ceiling. During harsh winter days there is a very high pitch noise (Like from a tuning fork)that troubles every one. It sounds after every other 10 min.

Not sure why this would be. I tried searching over internet, no luck. Can any one tell why?

Have you tried opening a door or window an inch or 2?

They are either SPS models heating area of 250 ft x 300 ft.

Not sure which window you are suggesting to open? We do have frequently opening shutters for receiving and receiving. The high pitch sound I am talking about alternates every approx 10min (10 min of sound - 10 min of silence - 10 min of sound ......) only during very cold days say weather less than 20deg F.

Where is the fuel source located? Pay attention to the fuel pressure from the source. Is it running on CNG or LP? Both of those lose fuel pressure in cold weather, but I am not sure what your facility's demands are.

It could also be flowing the fuel too quickly through the pipes, which can make them vibrate at their natural frequency when the fuel hits a bend in the piping.

These are educated guesses, however. I know almost no details on your setup, and I don't have the expertise to actually narrow it down if I did. All I can suggest as easily-actionable steps is vibration dampening, or vibration isolation.

I'm guessing the heater kicks on/off based on temp in the room, and causes your fuel to ram through the pipes for the length of the heater's duty cycle. Consider monitoring fuel pressure and the heater's duty cycle throughout the day. See if anything correlates with the noise that you're hearing. Is it possible for you to record the noise?

You should ask the manufacturer. They are probably familiar with the problem.

You say it happens every 10 min. or so. I've seen a similar problem with ceramic gas radiant heaters. The problem was that after a certain amount of time the burner flame holder would get so hot that the flame would flashback past the flame holder. The flame holder keeps the flame in one stable location after the gas and air are fully mixed. A flashback will cause a flame that emits a high pitched whine.
