am working on conceptual design for new plant. and i need a tips for Industrial twin screw extruders sizes ( footprint) in throuhput of 200-300kg/hr. is there is a technical data (rough etimation).

Talk to the extruder makers for sizing advice.
You will probably have to tell them what, exactly, is to be extruded.
