I am trying to find the construction material: steel anchor bolt to concrete, concrete anchor bolt adhesive, combustion temperature and found no information.

-I know a guy what coated his job site tool box in expired anchor bolt adhesive on the inside and it was almost impossible to grind through he said.

-what is the best grout/steel apoxy to use for this application?

-Diamond dust could also be applied with the adhesive or put into the material.

If you could imagine the marketability of a impenetrable toolbox and make a patent I would buy one.

(Currently what is the best material I could use to mix with diamond powder with a high flash point with some elasticity) like Hilti hy-150

Spray on truck bed liner has been tested for making cement walls blast proof if I recall correctly.
Also, I believe that most anchor bolt grout is an epoxy base.

The title of this thread sorta reminded me of this cartoon...

Apocryphal, at best; angle grinders can grind through steel, hard to imagine not being able to grind through epoxy.

Diamond dust, or other hard dusts, are used to make grinder wheels, and they're a high proportion of the wheel material. This means that you would need a comparable proportion in your adhesive, which would make it a poor adhesive and quite expensive. Imagine covering your toolbox with grinder wheels.

By the way, it took all of 5 seconds to find this with your text

Laminating it with kevlar in some fashion might be (somewhat) effective. Maybe...

Yeah, but it snags something awful :)

Glue tire threads with steel belts to it. That is the material that gives me the most difficulty to cut. If anything, it will a lot of smoke and alert everyone in the area.

I can first-hand vouch for that...
and believe me, the pic doesn't do it justice.
