My company is entering a joint venture to manufacture CT's and I need some basic info on how they are manufactured and the different specs. Any websites or research documents anyone can provide would be appreciated.

Suggestion: CTs are rather special type of transformers. There are some documents pertaining to their applications and testing, e.g.
ANSI/IEEE Std C57.13-1978 "An American National Standard IEEE Standard Requirements for Instrument Transformers" that has additinal references included inside.
Also, try
and search for some available literature at various current transformer manufacturers or ask them for info.

Two companies for you... both have web sites

CR Magnetics and Vitec (old Sprauge). CR Magnetics support doc's are pretty good on the web site.

good luck in your venture.
