I need the information for a study to produce agricultural sulfur in Saudi Arabia.

Today most S is a by product of petroleum refining. I know of two S mines (solution mining) that have closed.
There is an excess of S available. In some parts of the world it is not even worth the cost of transport, so the leave it in piles.
