I have recently acquired a 1982 Arburg 220-90-350 injection moulding machine, mainly just as a hobby to further my knowledge on injection moulding machines and control systems as I plan to design my own control system for it using an HMI as the user interface.

The machine and control cabinet seems complete, I have bypassed the e-stops by feeding the missing supply voltage to certain parts of the controls as I couldn't work out where the e-stops where connected in the cabinet. The control cabinet powers up and I can control the heaters and hydraulic pump. But that is as far as it gets, I have no hydraulic pressure to the control valves and can't work out how to enable it or why there is none.

Has anyone got any ideas, resources, information, manuals, hydraulic or electrical schematics?

Thanks in Advanced
Terry
