dear..
i need to get advise for inlet nozzle elevation for water tank.
usually inlet nozzle is about above of high water level in the tank, but the pipe inlet so big about 1600 mm, and there is no space if we put on the above of water level ( as per API we have to consider reinforced pad for this nozzle). The space between high level and top shell is 2 m.
can we put the inlet nozzle in the bottom level.. is this common design or not
