I haven't found the magic answer -- if I insert a reference picture (.png), DraftSight draws a box around it that I can't seem to get rid of. Any ideas?

Best to you,

Goober Dave

Hi Dave,

I think the box is only so that you can select it and/or put it on a layer. It's meant to be like that.

AFAIK, the box doesn't print as a box.

Simon.

Thanks Nomiswerdna, but the box does print as a box. I can't select its linetype in order to zero it out or anything. Perhaps I'll dig some more.

Best to you,

Goober Dave

For what it's worth, I'm trying to place my signature across my seal. Both the seal and the signature (transparent gifs) have a box around them when printing. I have 500 sheets to sign, alas!

Best to you,

Type DISPLAYIMAGEFRAME and set it to 'n' for no. I hope that works for you!!

Thank you, Nomiswerdna. You are a champion.
