Insert with Corner Radius

I am looking for an insert with 0.5" corner radius for face milling polycarbonate. I have spoken to a few insert manufacturers and none of them have inserts with this corner radius. Does anyone have any insights on where I could find these?

I've never seen an insert with a half-inch corner radius.

FWIW, there are round inserts, in common sizes of 1/2" and 3/4".

I gotta ask, why do you need inserts? Polycarb can be cut with high speed and does much better with a higher rake angle than inserts typically have. Why not just grind your own tool? Any machinist worth his salt could make a better polycarb tool in less than an hour.
