Inserting shaded image into word doc 1

Greetings,

I am working on a little brochure. I have some 3-D images I created that I would like to insert into a MSWord doc. When I've done this before, I change the background to white and just copy+paste and settle for what I get. These pieces I've drawn have been Gouraud shaded, so when I change the background to white they appear as solid black.

First, in general, is their a more effective way to accomplish the transfer of images from AutoCAD to MSWord?

Secondly, will the answer to the question above work with a shaded image such as the one I am using?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Dear nccadeng,

You can change the color of 3DSolid to another color in
white background.
To export shaded views you can use the BMPOUT, EXPORT, or
WMFOUT commands.
Using the "Ctrl + Print Screen" key is very useful to copy
the image to clipboard and then pasting it into a graphic
application (e.g. Windows Paint). In the graphic
application you can delete parts of image you don't need
and save the image in any format.
