I would like to know what are the options to be able to insert subassemblys and parts (.iam & .ipt) from different projets(also in different folder) to another project's assembly?

example:
h:\design\projects\projetct323333 (assys from here
h:\design\projects\projetct444333 to here)

now it's impossible cause of the inventor's (v. 6) folder handling

I think You have to include the "source" project in to the destination projekt as a library search path or as a normal search path.

Not as a library path.

You can include the first project file as an included project path. m Just make sure you don't have identically named file names in each project,

Is there any way to insert .iam/.ipt to assembly so that you don't need to browse the folders, only to write the part number, like 123-21111.iam (same as filename) to somewhere and invertor would search it from other project's folders?

Maybe some plugin or settings definition??

Why not as a library-path? It would be more safe, to prevent accidently editing parts from another machine.
