This is PVK Raju
In our organization after completion of manufacturing part during inspection we have found some difficulties example

Outer dia 68mm length 152mm with 100mm step dia on that inner dia having 33mm and 35mm 45mm diameters with different lengths

We can measure Outer dia and length but we we are not unable measure the inner diameter with different lengths

We would like to know how to inspect the simlar component without damage the part (nondestructive)?

Can any body having in this
please help me.

Little bit hard to understand your question but if you know the OD have a technician measure your wall thickness with ultrasonics, subtract 2 x your wall thickness from the OD and you have your ID measurement,

Oh, you need to measure the diameter, then use a bore gage.

There's inside micrometers, calipers,optical comparators,bore gauges like Mint said, Coordinate measuring machine. & on
what you really need is to hire some one who knows what he or she is doing.

Thanks everyone for your response.
Inner diameters can be measure the inside micrometer or bore gauge
Secondly can be measure the Ultrasonic testing with difference wall thickness
Well once again thanks for help

Still I am not clear how to measure the inside bore different step width like Inner dia34mm length 60mm then Innerdia 32mm length 15mm and innerdia 20mm length 32mm like more than 5 to 6 diameters inside and different lengths for that how to measure the step length accurately.
