I would like to know about inpection the vessels.if we used vessels 15 year ago.I read code UG-25e say about use of telltale hole.How to do this case?

Refer to API API 510 Pressure Vessel Inspection Code.(In-Service Inspection, Rating, Repair, and Alteration)

Inspection of the used vessels shall conform to API 510 rather than to the ASME Code.
