Inspection Using APPS with IPAD

I work for an Aerospace manufacturing company. We build part for Boeing, Spirit, Cessna, Gulfstream, Airbus, etc. We are trying lean out our inspection system. Currently the process is extremely manual. I saw an APP on my IPhone that was for inspectors that inspect properties (homes, real estate, etc). Where the home inspector would find a defect and be able to take a picture and then associate text. Then they home inspector would go back to home with the list of text and picture to verify that the repairs had been made.

I heard there was an aerospace version of this called "ISquawk". Does anyone have knowledge of any app/software like this?
