install catia v5 service pack

we don't have Internet connected to Catia V5 System & want to download the latest service pack so could I download it on other workstation connected to Internet, burn it into CD & install on the Catia v5 system?
will it work?

Yes, it will work. Service pack installs simply rename/replace the intel_a/code/bin files.
