Howdy there guys.

So I'm trying to install Solidworks 2010 on to my computer but I'm having a problem installing it.

I have enough space for it and I have all of the files downloaded using the download manager it provides but when I try to install it I get an error message.

I keep getting this message.

I have my computer fully updated, have microsoft C++ and visual studio. I don't know why the 3 solidworks products are there considering that im trying to install them, and have never had them on my computer before.

Anyone got any advice as to what the problem is and how I might overcome it?

Uninstall c++ and visual studio, then try the install again. I had a problem with an installation, similar to what you're having, where removing c++ was the recommended fix and it worked.
