Installing Service pack

I am running V5 R10 and have no service packs installed. When I try to install service pack 2 or 3, I receive a message saying "you need to install code level B10 before installing service pack". What does this mean and what do i need to do so I can install the service pack?

perhaps what you have installed is not a formal released version. the formal released version I installed don't have this problem.

Yes 64..., you're probably right, it sounds lika a preGA. By the way, I've had problem installing SP3 for R10 from Dassault CD. It wouldn't start. By downloading the SP from the IBM Support page, I've solved the problem. Very strange.

I had to uninstall Catia and then reinstalled it again. Now everything works fine. The service pack installed with no problems. I believe something in the windows registery was missing, which made the service pack not reconize that Catia was already installed on the computer.
