Insulating Gasket Kit Set - API 6FB - Test Requirement

Hi,

I would like to get tested Insulation Gasket kit set, Materials G-10 with SS316 metal cored gasket under API 6FB. What would be the minimum criteria to get done the test ? Is that Gasket alone can be tested ? Any particular Torque value has to give while tightening ? If someone could help with your valuable suggestions would be great helpful.
