hi to all

I have a question about that coating can be used for a clarifier tank of juice ( sugar mill ) ( fluid clarified juice ) (water , sugar, solid elements ) this fluid contains many suspended solids and usually the temperature is between 70 and 95 ° C is a food grade fluid so I wonder if they have any specification in mind.

currently lacks container coating and corrosion is high.

Regards

There are coatings sold for potable water tanks. Contact those vendors and ask their advice.

I don't know that sugar clarifiers are coated. In more modern mills, there are a lot of stainless steel vessels and equipment. Your best bet would be to contact a supplier of sugar mill equipment in your country.

thanks for you reply

I cannot change the vessel for stainless steel this is a old mills but i need to try solve the small problem, maybe in the future can change the vessel. the material of vessel is a carbon steel ASTM A36.

Was it ever coated? Is there a corrosion issue, or why do you want to coat it?

Why do not you contact me, we have many polyurea coatings, they are anticorossion and temperature resistance
